Starting Pay: $45 Per Hour

Keep sidewalks, entrances, stairs, and pedestrian access points safe throughout snow events. Team members clear snow, assist with de-icing, protect site features, and work closely with the rest of the crew to complete each property safely.

This role is a great fit for dependable people who enjoy physical work, communicate well, and are willing to work through winter weather. Strong performers may have opportunities to learn equipment operation and take on greater responsibility over time.

Truck Drivers

Operate snow plow and salt trucks on assigned commercial routes while responding to changing weather and site conditions. Drivers are expected to report promptly for storm call-outs, communicate route status, and complete work according to Blue River's service standards while protecting every property they service.

Previous commercial driving or snow removal experience is preferred.

Snow Shoveling Team Members

Starting Pay: $30 Per Hour
